AU, L'INCONTRO. KAIZEN KARATE-DŌ E KYUDOSHIN ROMA

Domenica 2 Febbraio sono venuti a trovarci a Rieti gli amici del Kyudoshin Karatedo Roma del maestro Luca Pavoni, rappresentati dagli istruttori Giovanni Spinelli, Andrea Marini e Lorenzo Nicoletti alla guida di una nutrita compagine di giovani atleti e delle loro rispettive famiglie. Abbiamo concretizzato una idea nata nei mesi scorsi per scambiare esperienze faticando insieme sul “tatami”. L’occasione è stata quella di preparare la prossima gara a cui parteciperanno entrambe i team, il IV Trofeo Città di Perugia organizzato da Tōkon Karate Gubbio che si svolgerà al Pala Pellini il 9 Febbraio. Il risultato è stato una bellissima mattinata praticando karate per 35 ragazzi, tra prove di kumite e kata. Consapevoli che, come dice il maestro Luca, “la sinergia è un elemento guida di ogni percorso”, crediamo che il confronto aiuti sempre a crescere.  Il progetto è solo all’inizio e già non vediamo l’ora di ricambiare la visita degli amici del Kyudoshin che, dopo lo speciale allenamento domenicale, ne hanno approfittato per trascorrere qualche ora di divertimento sulla neve del Terminillo.

🇬🇧 On Sunday, February 2nd, we were visited in Rieti by friends from Kyudoshin Karatedo Roma, led by Master Luca Pavoni and represented by instructors Giovanni Spinelli, Andrea Marini, and Lorenzo Nicoletti, along with a large group of young athletes and their families. We brought to life an idea that had been brewing for months: to exchange experiences by working together on the tatami. The occasion was to prepare for the upcoming competition in which both teams will participate, the 4th City of Perugia Trophy organized by Tōkon Karate Gubbio, which will take place at the Pala Pellini on February 9th. The result was a wonderful morning of karate practice for 35 children, including kumite and kata drills. Aware that, as Master Luca says, "synergy is a guiding element of every path," we believe that comparison always helps us grow. This project is only just beginning, and we can't wait to return the visit to our friends from Kyudoshin, who, after the special Sunday training session, took the opportunity to spend a few hours of fun in the snow at Terminillo.
